The Association has considered it necessary to ensure independent supervisory functions, in proportion to the size and complexity of its activity, in order to verify compliance with the Code of Ethics and its internal regulations, with particular reference to the risk of prostitution infiltrating the Association’s activities. To this end, it has entrusted these supervisory functions to a single person, external to the membership and with appropriate professional qualifications and independence.

The Internal Supervisory Body oversees the implementation of and compliance with the articles of association, the Code of Ethics and every other regulation of the Association. Any member may contact the Internal Supervisory Body to report an actual or attempted breach of the articles of association, the Code of Ethics or any of the Association’s regulations.

Reports can be sent by registered letter to the Association’s registered office (Olimpo 2 APS, Via Provinciale 27, 83020 Forino (AV), Italy), stating the place and time of the alleged breach and any other information useful to reconstruct the facts, or by filling in the relevant form, available both at the Association’s premises and by email at the address given on the website. Members may also send comments and proposals to improve the Code of Ethics to the same address.

Whistleblowers, whose identity is not disclosed by the Internal Supervisory Body, are protected against any form of discrimination, penalisation or retaliation.

The Internal Supervisory Body guarantees the absolute confidentiality and anonymity of whistleblowers, in accordance with the Code of Ethics and the laws in force.
